AUSTIN “CHUMLEE” RUSSEL – 75 POUNDS

If you are a fan of Pawn Stars, a show that airs on History channel you surely know and love Chumlee! Austin Russell (Chumlee) has always struggled with his weight, even before he joined the shop. The television star was also diagnosed as pre-diabetic which largely affects your weight loss. But, determined to lose weight, Chumlee started a nutrition therapy along with the sweat therapy to help him regain his healthy and fit body.

The routines worked their magic and helped the star lose a good 75 pounds of his total weight. Chumlee wishes to lose yet another 25 pounds to look and feel confident. The star once mentioned that he was highly depressed due to his high weight. Hopefully the star now continues to work out daily and lose all the excess weight.
