Smokey Robinson – Est. $8.75 Million, Encino
William Robinson Jr., aka Smokey Robinson, is one of the most accomplished American singers cum songwriter, and record producer. The founder and frontman of the famous Motown vocal group The Miracles, however, announced his retirement from the group a little after 1972. He focused on his role as that of the VP of Motown and then concentrated on solo singing.
Currently, in the eighth decade of his life, Robinson still pursues his love for singing, and we’re not amazed! He had joined the prestigious Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987.
Robinson had sold off his Encino home at a whopping price of $2.3 million by going by records. Now we get to hear that the magnificent property is up for sale at somewhere around $8.75 million. It’s a two-story building with the best features, which is no doubt a haven for the future homeowner.
