The house was designed by famous Orlando based architect Don Evans. The mansion includes multiple swimming pools, a man-made pond, glass atrium, guest house, golf course, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, valet parking with a built-in car wash, a car turn table to help limousines move, multi-level garage that allows parking space for 22 cars.
