We often think that most celebrities are born with it, while in reality, they had to really work hard on their bodies to look the way they do. They really sweat it out at the gym and their hard work helps them get into a perfect shape that they can flaunt on the screen.
However, some celebrities take their hard work to a whole new level. They are a fitness inspiration, but how much of it is too much? Well, we don’t have the answer to that one, but these workouts are really challenging and not for the faint-hearted. Find out about the celebs and their OMG moments at the gym!
Kate Hudson
Kate Hudson looks gorgeous, and it’s difficult to gauge her age when you look at her. Although she makes it look pretty effortless, it isn’t the case. There is a lot of hard work involved. Yes, she walks the talk when it comes to fitness. The actress also has a fitness line, and she’s really passionate about it. After delivering her second baby in 2011, Hudson spent a whopping six hours a day at the gym, doing a combination of cardio and yoga. Although she is no longer as strict with her exercise routine as before, she often includes a three-hour dance class and long stretches of cardio, core, butt, and arm exercises that make her look perfect.
Jennifer Lopez
One look at Jennifer Lopez will tell you that she works hard to get that perfect body and is disciplined about what she eats. She keeps switching her workout routine to keep her body surprised. So, if one day she is doing her dance cardio, the next day she might be using her weights. However, what she really loves is combining cardio, weight training, and a full-body workout. She often shares the workouts she does on Instagram.
Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga is another super-fit celebrity who sets new fitness goals every day. She is also someone who loves her cardio to get into Super Bowl shape. She depends on Versaclimber, a stair stepper, that simultaneously works on her upper and lower body to get her the fair share of cardio. She loves strength training too, along with TRX, which helps her to use her own body weight.
Khloe Kardashian
Khloe Kardashian has worked hard to get the perfect revenge body for which she hits the gym not once, but twice a day. Well, you don’t get a body like that by cheating on your diet or fitness. You need to shock and challenge your body to see some major changes. Being Khloe Kardashian isn’t easy as you need intense cardio first thing in the morning then continue to build muscles with exercises, like ab rolls and weightlifting, during early evening sessions.
Alison Brie
Alison Brie got into her best shape to play the female wrestler on Glow. Are you wondering what she did to get into that insane shape of hers? Well, she doubled up her hours at the gym. Zac Efron
It was not easy getting Baywatch-ready. Still, Zac Efron tried hard to get into the best shape of his life. His trainer tried every trick in the book, right from stabilization to muscle gaining – he did it all. It also included balance training and high-endurance training. Efron worked hard for at least three hours and also preferred weight training and road biking.
Julianne Hough
She is a professional dancer and actress. Exercise is a big part of Hough’s job but one role made her try out the extreme workouts. Before making her debut in Footloose, Hough worked out for almost eight hours a day, five days a week. That takes some commitment. She has slowed it down now but Hough is still serious about her workouts and combines boxing and strength training.
Chris Pratt
