The COVID-19 pandemic is wreaking havoc on mankind. Millions have lost their lives around the globe. People had been advised to stay indoors as much as possible and wear masks while going outdoors. The worst seems to be over now as it seems and things are looking brighter. The fatality rate has come down quite a bit and efforts to bring lives back on track are being made.
The World Health Organization has recently recommended that healthy people need not wear a mask. However, some countries do not want to do away with the masks immediately and consider making their use mandatory. For many, using masks is irritating. What if you get an alternative to it? M.AD presents to you some funny masks you would love to wear.
What Is In The Offing?
M.AD School of Ideas believes in doing something that supports all the healthcare and frontline workers worldwide. Since it is an organization that deals with all creative stuff, they have come up with ideas and solutions that are capable enough to bring a change. Thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, Masks have become as common as gloves and socks. People are wearing them because they need to. The management of the M.AD School of Ideas thought of producing something attractive enough.
People would love to wear them rather than just be compelled to wear them. The students of the institute have put forth three different and interesting designs. One has been designed specifically for the kids and has been labeled as FUN MASKS. The second one has been designed for those individuals who are not in favor of maintaining a distance from each other and are constantly complaining. The third one is for art lovers and is recently deprived as the museums are shut down after the pandemic.
For The Kids
Vic Parizzotto, a student from the institute’s first year, has created the FUN MASKS. Convincing kids to put their shoes on is an uphill task many parents fail to accomplish. Is it possible to have them wear masks on their faces? Seems impossible. But, when your little one comes across the fabulous designs of the FUN MASKS, parents wouldn’t surely have a tough time. They will put on the masks on their own.
The masks are tailor-made for kids. The most interesting thing about these masks is that they can be used as a coloring book. The kids can draw anything on the masks with washable markers. Isn’t that cool? If they get the opportunity of customizing their masks, what better option do you need? The success rate is bound to get higher undoubtedly. Try them out as soon as you can. Making sure that your kids stay safe is your utmost priority.
The Masks That Swear
Austin Rettinhouse, another first-year student, steered his frustration regarding the ongoing pandemic in the right direction when he came up with masks that have expletives written on them. As per human psychology, swearing can boost your strength and help you get rid of the pain. Overall, swearing makes you feel better. Wearing curse words on faces can certainly work wonders.
Austin believes that everyone is hell frustrated with COVID-19 and there is no better way to vent out your anger with these masks. So, just strap on a mask of your choice when you are going out and let people know your opinion. It’s a cool way to share your complaints and exhibit what you exactly think about the current situation.
Masks For The Art Lovers
The MOD ART MASKS, created for art enthusiasts, have been designed to cut down the negative impact that COVID-19 is having on art and culture. Jean Lee, another first-year student, has designed these masks that diminish the gap between people and art.
Regular museum-goers and art lovers can wear these cool masks outdoors and promote various modern art forms through them. The MOD ART MASKS’ design is specifically to celebrate artists such as Henri Matisse, Roy Lichtenstein, and Piet Mondrian.
So, which one would suit you the best? Since FUN MASKS are specially for kids, you must choose between the other two. Wouldn’t it be fantastic if these two ideas would come together to create a unique mask?
