Kim Kardashian West is quite the internet sensation when it comes to setting the image for body shapes, fashion, and so on. The Kardashian clan also come up with very controversial ways for building their hourglass physique. Kim recently shared her journey regarding her 20 lbs weight loss and she seems to be quite proud of it. To achieve her goal, she worked out for about an hour and a half every day using heavy weights. She pushed herself to do extra cardio and the results are really amazing! A few sets of squats, kettlebell swings and hip thrusts have really carried Kim a long way! She worked with personal trainer Melissa Alcantara to achieve her weight loss and her rocking figure. Kim didn’t see fast results, but after committing to weight workouts for a year she was looking fantastic and still is!
