Peter Jackson – 70 Pounds, Balanced Diet & Eliminating Sugar
Legendary director Peter Jackson has given us perhaps the best fantasy film of all times; The Lord of The Rings. But when you’re as busy as he is, taking time out for your physical health can be an issue sometimes. As he grew older, he started to gain a lot of weight. Noticing that, the great man decided to hire a personal trainer and focus on a balanced diet. He also eliminated sugar from his diet initially. Now he looks extremely healthy and very happy! Jackson didn’t follow any fad diets or trends, and he actually didn’t even have a specific exercise program that he followed, either. Ultimately it was all about simply making better food choices and being more active that led to his positive results. Jackson now hops onto the scale to see a figure 70 pounds lighter.
