Sam Smith is a famous singer and song-writer who is only 28 years old, but he has already won the hearts of many. Smith released his debut studio album In the Lonely Hour in 2014, which had the lead single Lay Me Down, and released just before La La La. In 2017 came his second album The Thrill of It All that also did a great job at the US and UK album charts, specifically the song Too Good at Goodbyes.
Recently, he lost 50 pounds that surprised everyone. He did not have to change much, except for incorporating a healthier diet. His meals comprised of veggies, proteins and healthy fats. His fitness plan also included workout regimen that helped him get rid of extra weight and built strength.
