Rob Kardashian – 35 Pounds, Proper Nutrition & Training
Probably the not so famous brother of the infamous Kardashian sisters, Rob has always been on the heavier side of life. But things started to become worse for him after his split from Blac Chyna. He started to stress eat and consume unhealthy meals which became the reason for his obesity. Rob struggled with his appearance and found that he was very insecure and even made the personal decision of not attending his sister’s wedding as he was so uncomfortable in his own skin. Finally, Rob got control of the situation and started working out with his trainer. He eventually also began working out with his sister Kim and he looks a whole lot better these days! He is down by almost 35 pounds now & we’re happy for him! He is only human, and he does still slip up and needs extra motivation sometimes – but it only makes it all more relatable because we all go through the same rollercoaster during weight loss!
